We are kicking off 2025 in style.  Our red wine tasting menu will consist of all 90+ wines as scored by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. 

Tasting Fee $15.00 per person

2022 “East Block” Old Vine Zinfandel
“This wine is concentrated, with aromas of boysenberry, baking spices, pink peppercorn, dried flowers, molasses and toasted vanilla on the nose. The flavors on the palate are olallieberry, jalapeño jelly and orange-vanilla cream, layered with dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and a long, dry finish. Decant and enjoy with braised meats and barbecue.”  Tonya Pitts

2021 “Los Grilletes” Red Wine Blend
“This nicely layered, balanced red is a 50-50 blend of Cab Sauvignon and Zinfandel. The elevated alcohol provides smooth, glycerin-like roundness to the body, balanced by firm tannins and modest acidity. Enjoy notes of black cherry and black plum, fresh and dried violets, bittersweet chocolate, vanilla paste, nutmeg and walnut skins.”  Stacy Briscoe

2022 Syrah
“This wine is rich, with aromas of black currant confiture, black peppercorn, dried flowers and chicory on the nose. The flavors on the palate are dark plum, cassis, green olive and lemon zest, intertwined with vanilla cream, dried tobacco leaf and a dry finish Pair with barbecue.” Tonya Pitts

2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

“This wine is big and juicy, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, clove, toasted oak, dried flowers and cocoa nibs. On the palate, flavors of boysenberry, black currant coulis and orange-vanilla cream morph into allspice, clove and bittersweet chocolate, finishing with silky, gripping tannins.
