Private Events at Solitary Cellars

Solitary Cellars Wine Company has several event ideas for your Private Events or Corporate Events.  From a 20 person gathering to a 200 person powerhouse, we can host you in the most beautiful setting with award-winning wines and 5-star service -- literally 5 stars, the most of any winery. Pricing for your private events has two tiers: events during our open hours and events after hours. 

MICRO WEDDINGS

Solitary Cellars Wine Company is your micro-wedding destination. If you are considering a scaled down, intimate wedding, we can provide a beautiful setting with your special day as our only concern. We offer lush, shaded grounds and beautiful landscaping -- a perfect setting to build your memories.  

EVENTS DURING OPEN HOURS (12:00 - 5:00pm)

Small Gatherings:

We offer a seated tasting at a table for 10. Your flight will consist of 5 wines with a personal attendant. This experience is in our members' lounge. Add a legendary Solitary Cellars charcuterie board and your memories begin. $20pp. 

Outside events are on The Grassy Knoll and can be reserved. They are complete with seating, stemware and bottle sales. Secure your date with a $200.00 (non-refundable) deposit.

Up to 20 guests:
$200 event fee and $200 wine commitment

Up to 40 guests:
$300 event rental and $300 wine commitment

Up to 60 guests:

$400 event rentals and $300 wine commitment

Up to 80 guests:
$500 event fee and $400 wine commitment

Up to 100 guests:

$500 event fee and $500 wine commitment

An 18% service fee will be added to all wine/food sales

LARGE EVENTS  UP TO  200 GUESTS

AFTER HOURS EVENTS (5:30 - 10:00pm) 35 Person Minimum

Events that are held after hours are not double-booked. Your group will enjoy the use of property without interruption. Secure your date with a $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit.

Rental Fee $20.00 per guest

Wine Commitment $10.00 per adult guest
18% service fee on wine commitment

Includes:
Seating up to 100
Set up of tables and chairs
Trash removal
Use of 2 indoor restrooms (additional outside restrooms available, if needed).
